Please carefully and thoroughly read the terms and conditions of the product’s after-sales service before purchasing. The terms registered on the Dorita website form a written agreement between the company and the customer, and having sufficient information about them leads to proper maintenance of the device.
12 months warranty and 10 years after-sales service
Based on the company’s expert evaluation, the product covered by the warranty will be repaired using original parts or replaced with a healthy equivalent unit. The proper functioning of repaired or replaced parts is guaranteed during the warranty period.
Upon mutual agreement between the company and the buyer, repair and service at the device’s installation site are also possible. If necessary, the defective part will be referred to the company’s authorized service centers or representatives in coordination with our experts.
Warranty will be void in cases of damage caused by abnormal or non-standard use, unforeseen accidents, physical damage, fire, liquid ingress, electrical fluctuations, chemical exposure, evidence of tampering, unauthorized repairs, use of non-standard cups in the cup dispensing mechanism, damage to warranty seals and stickers, and failure to connect the device to the GSM network for more than 30 consecutive days.
The validity of this warranty is limited to the geographical boundaries of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
